When you place an order or send an inquiry, we collect only what's needed to fulfil it: your name, phone number, email address (optional), and delivery address. We do not collect any payment card, UPI PIN, or bank account details through this website — payments are made directly in your own UPI app.
Your details are used only to confirm your order, arrange delivery, and contact you about that order (by phone, email, or WhatsApp). We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
This website does not run its own server or database — checkout details you type are sent directly to us via WhatsApp or used to generate your order confirmation in your browser. We do not retain a separate copy of your form data on this website after you close the page.
We use your browser's local storage only to remember the contents of your shopping cart between pages on this site, so it doesn't reset while you browse. This stays on your own device — we don't use tracking cookies or third-party ad trackers.

Prices shown are inclusive of GST but exclude delivery, which is charged at actual and confirmed with you before dispatch. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product errors before an order is confirmed.
We are an authorized dealer for RR Kabel, Wipro Lighting, and Schneider Electric. All products sold are genuine and sourced directly through authorized distribution channels.
Payment is collected via UPI (scan-to-pay) directly to our business UPI ID, or as otherwise agreed for bulk/wholesale orders. We never ask for your UPI PIN, OTP, or card CVV over phone, WhatsApp, or email — please do not share these with anyone claiming to represent us.
This website is provided for browsing our catalogue and placing orders. Please don't attempt to interfere with its normal operation (e.g. submitting malicious code through form fields) — such activity may result in your order being refused.
We deliver across Pune and Maharashtra. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability. Delivery charges are extra, calculated at actual based on weight, quantity, and location, and confirmed with you before dispatch.
Unopened, factory-sealed items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning any item so we can arrange collection or drop-off.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (UPI) within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item in its original condition.
Bulk orders (10+ units) may follow a separate agreed schedule for dispatch, payment, and returns — this will be confirmed with you directly before the order is placed.
